Employee Performance Pivot Creation

I have an existing Excel workbook that already holds all of my employee-performance data in raw, tabular form. I need that data converted into a clear, well-structured PivotTable so I can see headline summaries at a glance instead of combing through rows.

The task is straightforward: open the file I will provide, build a PivotTable that summarises the key performance metrics (hours worked, targets hit, scores, or any other columns you find) and place it either on a new sheet or beside the source sheet—whichever keeps the file clean and responsive. No filtering, charting, or VBA is required right now; simple summarisation is the priority.

Please keep the solution native to Excel so I can update the source rows later and have the PivotTable refresh without additional steps. Once finished, give the file back with the PivotTable saved and a brief note describing which fields you used in Rows, Columns, Values, and Filters so I can tweak further if needed.
