I am looking for a freelancer to develop an Excel ERP program with the following requirements:

Features:
- Financial Management
- Project Management
- Inventory Management

Design preferences:
- No specific design requirements, open to suggestions. Need action buttons and software interface but keep it simple

There should be the option of turning this program to cloud software in the future.


Number of users:
- 1-3

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA programming
- Experience in developing ERP programs
- Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles
