Development of VBA application in MS Project

I am currently developing additional options for MS Project, and I need help with development of VBA programmed window with additional project information about indirect project cost. I have imagined this window to look as presented on Figure 1. The window should contain following information: 1. Initial project cost 2. Daily project cost 3. Penalty 4. Bonus 5. Project budget 6. Project target duration 7. Project start time 8. Working time 9. Excel file location In the fields from 1.-6. nonnegative number should be entered. Fields 7. and 8. Should be entered in format in brackets. Also, if possible, project start date could be red from MS Project option Project Information as a Start Date in same format. Working time should be predefined (but also could be changed) from 8:00 to 16:00 and, if possible, to save these changes to project calendar options. Excel file location should allow user to chose excel file location in which these settings will be saved. If possible, the macro should automatically on startup look for file named “InputData.xlsm” in same directory in which MS Project file is saved. The data entered within this window should be exported to selected Excel workbook in corresponding cell. The spreadsheet layout can be seen on Figure 2. The spreadsheet is attached. Also, I need another macro application that will start Excel macro button “Run GAMS” from MS Project application. So, in a way I would like to enter these settings without opening MS Excel. The final product should contain two icons, one for above described window for settings input, and another button to start macro from Excel spreadsheet named "Run GAMS".
