Debug & Enhance Excel Dashboard

My existing Excel dashboard is showing a few visual hiccups. I need someone to trace the root of these visual errors, fix them, and then enrich the file by adding brief textual notes right next to the relevant data points.

Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• Clean up every visual issue so charts, conditional formats, and slicers display exactly as intended.
• Insert concise, clearly readable notes beside the key figures I’ll flag, without cluttering the layout.
• Keep formulas and pivot connections intact; no hard-coding values.
• Monthly breakdown of Revenue, Asset Under management (AUM) run up to annual target
• Individual sales person, team performance against Monthly, Quarterly run up to annual Revenue & AUM target


Please be comfortable with advanced Excel features (pivot tables, dynamic ranges, conditional formatting) and be ready to explain the adjustments you make so I can maintain the file confidently afterward. A quick turnaround is appreciated.
