Daily Email APR Reporting

I track customer-service email performance every day and I need a clear, repeatable way to see how we are doing at a glance. Please build an Excel spreadsheet that turns my raw daily data into an APR report laid out on separate sheets for each category that matters to me.

Sheets required
• Daily email counts
• Breached and met emails
• Breached emails
• Met emails
• SLA 15 minutes
• SLA 30 minutes
• SLA performance

What I expect on each sheet
• The total number of emails processed that day.
• A split between emails that breached SLA and those that met it, shown both as counts and percentages.
• For the 15-minute and 30-minute SLA sheets, the number of emails that met each target and the associated success rate.
• Simple, readable formulas so I can audit or edit the logic later, with no hidden cells or password protection.

If a lightweight macro, pivot table, or Power Query makes daily refresh easier, feel free to use it—the file just needs to stay entirely in Excel so I can hand it over to the rest of the team without extra software.

The job is done when I can drop in a new day’s raw data and the workbook instantly updates every sheet with correct figures and percentages.
