Project Description
I have a Word document (Preventative Maintenance Agreement) that I would like converted into an Excel-based interactive form. The purpose is to make the document easier to fill out and calculate totals automatically.
The Excel version should include:
Document Layout
Match the style and text of the original Word document.
The agreement text should remain visible, with fillable fields where blanks exist (e.g., Quote Date, Location, Contact, etc.).
Equipment Pricing Table
Table should allow entry of equipment details.
Include a drop-down menu for equipment type (Cardio, Spin Bike/Rower, Strength, Trip Charge, etc.).
Automatically calculate row totals based on quantity × unit price.
Automatically calculate the grand total per visit.
Ability to add/remove rows for equipment types dynamically without breaking formulas.
Integration with Agreement Body
