Convert Tree to Parent/Child

We are trying to move metadata from our Ledgers to our Operational reporting system. We pull from ledgers in Tree format and manually drag and drop into a parent/child format. We are beginning to use Power Query for a prototype of a larger solution and code needs to drop into a blank query and run to push out a Parent/Child data set
