Contractor Payment Tracking Spreadsheet

I need an Excel file that lets me stay on top of the money flowing between my business and the contract employees who serve our clients. The sheet has to handle two commission structures—one tab for a straight 50/50 split and another for a 60/40 split where 60 % belongs to the contractor and 40 % to the business.

For every payment I will enter the date, client name and amount. A simple checkbox must mark who actually received the money (contractor or business). Once that box is ticked, formulas should instantly show:

• the exact percentage owed to or from the contractor
• running totals still owed to each side on that tab
• a clean summary of totals owed to contractors and totals owed to the business across all records

I also want a quick-view dashboard or header on each worksheet so I can open the file and immediately see what is outstanding. Everything should stay flexible enough for me to add more rows, copy the structure to new contractors, or change the split percentages later without breaking the calculations.

Please deliver a finished .xlsx file with clearly labeled fields, the working checkbox logic, and error-proof formulas so I can start entering real payments right away.
