- Ability to differentiate costs: I need to clearly display the cost breakdown by labor and materials on this template.
- Integration with external data: The template must have the capacity to integrate with Home Depot's data. We require a live scraping software that updates material prices directly from Home Depot weekly.
- Comprehensive project management costs: I want the template to encompass project management costs, overhead cost, equipment, and commission in the labor cost breakdown. The goal is to have a low maintenance and bullet proof system, while keeping monthly cost as low as possible
