Comprehensive Excel gant Chart With Formulas

I’m building a large-scale Excel workbook that will act as a single “giant chart” for my project. Every figure in the sheet has to update automatically, so the spine of the file will be solid, well-structured formulas: SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MATCH, IF logic and VLOOKUP look-ups all working together without circular-reference headaches.
Beyond the calculations, I want the information to be immediately readable.
