Cloud based HR Attendance Software

Hi,

We would like to inform you that we have multi location and multi facility and to calculate the Attendance, Working hours of Employees on daily basis.

8 Different Format of Data are being downloaded from different systems like Server, VPN, Biometric, Google Form etc.

1) Local Server 4 Nos.
2) Login to Server via VPN
3) Bio-Metric 4 different Types

The Main issue is that e.g. Person had entered office so he done following :-
a) punched Biometric at the time of entry and exit say Entered office at 12.30 pm and left office 4.30 pm
b) Gone to another Office i.e. godown Entered there at 5 pm and left at 7 pm
c) Login to VPN 12.45 pm and logout 4 pm
d) Login to Server 1 (login 12.45 pm logout 1 pm, login 1.05 pm logout 2 pm)
e) Login to Server 2(login 1 pm logout 3.45 pm)
f) Login to VPN 6 pm and logout 10pm
g) Login to Server 3 (login 8 pm logout 1 am midnight next day)

From the above you can see that the person actually worked for 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm i.e. 4 hours in office, Worked for 5 pm to 7 pm at Godown i.e. 2 hours and 8 pm to 1 am midnight i.e. 5 hours work from home means total 11 hours.

Now We need following reports :-

1) Full detailed report of each Employee for selected period (Monthly) with datewise with login and logout time and total duration worked for with details from where he logged in.
2) Calculation of Attendance as per given format.
3) Calculation of Salary as per given format.
4) Calculation of PF, ESI, P.Tax, Tax etc.
5) Calculation of Advance Adjustments
6) Pay Slip of all the Employees with full details
7) Details of all kinds of Deductions.

So We Need anyone who can provide us the solution for the above.
