Campaign Comparison Excel Template
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a single-sheet Excel file that lets my team place Year 1 and Year 2 campaign figures side-by-side and immediately see how we performed. The sheet must arrive completely blank of data, yet pre-structured so we can drop numbers straight in and have everything line up cleanly.
The layout is fixed: two primary column blocks—one for each year—with a third, optional column for calculated differences that we can switch on or off. Within those blocks I want clearly separated sections covering:
• Financial performance
• Customer engagement
• Operational efficiency
• Efficiency & scalability indicators
Feel free to add sensible sub-rows (e.g., revenue, conversion rate, cost per acquisition) as placeholders, but label them generically so we can rename them later.
Design priorities
– A polished, corporate look (neutral palette, consistent fonts, subtle borders)
– Space for an at-a-glance header where we will later insert campaign names and dates
– Locked formulas or sample cells are welcome for percentage change and simple variance highlighting, yet keep them easy to edit or copy as our metric list grows
– No macros; only native Excel functions
Deliverables
• Final .xlsx template, ready for data entry
• A brief one-pager explaining any formulas, cell protections, or formatting rules you include
The sheet will serve as the backbone for planning a third campaign, so clarity and flexibility matter more than complex automation.
This is a structure-and-design task only. No data will be provided and no analysis or recommendations are expected.
