CUSTOM CALENDAR THAT CREATES FORMS
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I own a party rental company and I use Busycal program (https://www.busymac.com) as my online shared event calendar to keep track of party rentals for my business. I share this calendar with 4 employees who can copy and paste the info, but only I can edit the calendar to prevent my staff from accidentally deleting events.
We create 3 forms every week to run our business;
(1) Weekly Schedule) -1 per week
2) Party Form -1 per event so apx 10-15 party forms
3) Truck Delivery - 1 per week
It is tedious copying and pasting the info from my calendar to create these 3 forms every week so I am looking for a custom calendar that has 3 buttons; (Weekly Schedule, Party Form, Truck Delivery) so at the push of a button it will generate the form online so I can share or further edit with my employees. I would like to be able to share these forms on google sheets.
feature has to be selectable from this new calendar because we always enter the information into the calendar. Then we can select one of the 3 buttons to create 1 of the 3 google sheets
