Build me an excel order form
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Hi,
Im looking for an Excel order form. And I hope that with some VBA and macro’s it will become easier to handle those orders.
1. The first need is to make the sheet more uniform and clean (style ; include the picture)
2. There will be 4 types of clients, with 4 price levels. And they can only see there own price. (Easiest 4 separate documents?).
3. All cells need to be fixed so they can not be changed except the order quantity of client offcourse.
4. When the client presses a save button, it will generated an list with lines only with a filled in quantity. The list must contain ordercode, price, quantity and total (price * quantity) and space for a remark. The heading of the pdf will be the name of the excel file + date.
5. After hitting save button the list shouldn’t be wipped clean.
6. Also make a button the wipe all the filled in quanties
7. For the quantity we have some wishes. (see excel file latest sheet)
• Dropdownmenu
• For every item we want to fill in a minimum order quantity
• And a fixed step so for example
Moq=200 and step is 32 (there are 32 items in a box)
the dropdown should be 200

8. We only want to adjust prices in one place for example the latest sheet.
And if we selected price 1 all the prices should be from that list automatically
9. Offcourse when you have a better solution I am open for suggestions
