Automated Property Valuation Spreadsheet

I’m looking for a streamlined upgrade of my existing Excel file so I can produce land-and-building valuation reports quickly, accurately, and in a banker-ready format.

Here’s what I need in this first, lightweight version:

• Automatic calculations for both land and building values.
• A clear depreciation formula that adjusts results based on the building’s age.
• A summary sheet that rolls everything up into one total property value.
• Professional formatting throughout, branded with my company name and logo.
• A single click to print a neatly formatted valuation certificate on A4.
• Separate, easy-to-navigate sections (or tabs) for Land Details, Building Details, and Remarks.

The current workbook already contains the raw figures; you’ll refine the structure, add the formulas (and a small VBA routine if needed for the print function), and polish the layout so anyone on my team can open the file, enter numbers, and get an instant report suitable for government or loan documentation.

Compatibility must remain with Excel 2016 and later.
