Automated Memo generator
Budget: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 INR
I have this little departmental task where we issue a memo (journey instruction) for course nomination. It is basically the same template, we only change the consultants, venue, course and sponsor code. While each participant will have the memo addressed to him/her directly through his/her manager. For any course nomination we might have upto 30 partipants. We want it to be automated now.
Each course nomination created should have the course title and date as the folder name, with all the processed Journey Instructions inside (for reference purpose) saved with their name staff ID as file name . When done creating the memo for all staff, a mail should be sent to them. The flow should be as this
1. Creating course
Consultants.
Course title; date (duration) venue: budget code
2. Participants
After the above is created we should be able to. Accept as many participants as we want for the program, each with the following input;
Staff ID, Name, Department, Through: staff ID and name can be gotten from a prepared staff list in. Excel while through and department can be typed for each.
3. Once done, the folder should be created with files for individual participants.
I dont want web page app.. I prefer excel for ease integration with existing staff list database
