Automated Karnataka Statutory Report Generator

Each month I work with an ever-growing Excel wage register that already holds every salary component we need—basic pay, all allowances, deductions, bonuses, plus leave and attendance data. Manually copying those figures into the Labour Act, Maternity Act, Contract Labour Act and other Karnataka-specific statutory formats (including the Shops & Commercial Establishment returns) is now too slow and error-prone, so I want the whole exercise driven by a single click in Excel.
My preferred route is pure Excel VBA. The macro should read the existing salary workbook, map each column to the correct position in every statutory template I will supply, preserve the exact layout and page settings I use for printing, and generate clean, ready-to-sign PDFs or sheets for all employees in one pass. Because data change monthly, the solution must allow me simply to paste or refresh the new month’s figures and rerun the code without rewriting anything.
I also need built-in validation—formula or AI-assisted checks that instantly flag missing fields, mismatched totals, or dates that fall outside the relevant Act’s rules—so I catch compliance issues before the reports go out.
