Automated Excel Quotation & System Templates

I want to turn my current, mostly-manual paperwork into two smart Excel files: one for quotations and another for detailed system breakdowns. Once the templates are in place, I should only have to drop in project specifications, basic client information and the list of materials or resources—every other number must then flow through automatically.

What I expect the files to do
• Quotation template: clean layout ready to send to clients, with built-in lookups that feed cost estimation, taxes and a final price summary.
• System detail sheet: capacity figures, individual component costs and rolled-up totals that mirror the quotation, again handling cost estimation, taxes calculation and final pricing without extra clicks.

Key requirements
• Robust Excel formulas (INDEX-MATCH, nested IFs, dynamic ranges, conditional formatting—as you see fit).
• Locked-down structure so accidental edits do not break the maths, yet fields that I need to touch remain obvious and user-friendly.
• Print-ready formatting that keeps everything professional when exported to PDF.
• Clear sign-off notes or in-sheet comments so any future team member can trace the calculations.

Delivery & acceptance
I will regard the job as complete once I can input a fresh set of project data and see every total—cost, tax and grand price—recalculate instantly with no errors; both sheets must open flawlessly in Microsoft 365.
