Automated Excel Inventory Tracker

I need a single Excel file that keeps every aspect of my finished-product inventory in sync without me chasing numbers across multiple sheets. The workbook should open to a clean dashboard but contain four fully linked worksheets:

• Available Inventory – today’s on-hand count, automatically updated
• Pending Orders – a brand-new sheet because we have never tracked this data before
• Daily Production Entries – accepts custom fields that vary by product type (e.g., size, color, batch, time stamp)
• Final Inventory Summary – rolls everything up so I can see balances, shortages, and overages at a glance

All calculations—receipts, issues, production adds, order deductions—need to flow through formulas rather than manual typing. Wherever lookups, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, or dynamic tables make sense, please use them so the file scales as our SKU list grows.

Accuracy is critical, so I’ll rely on you to stress-test the logic, trap errors, and highlight any circular references before hand-off. A short note that explains the key formulas and how to extend the tables for new products will round out the deliverable.
