Automate Weekly Sales Report Macros

I have an Excel workbook that gets updated every week and I’m tired of spending time on the same clicks and tweaks. I need a set of VBA macros that will:

• Generate my weekly sales reports automatically, pulling the latest figures and laying them out exactly as I already do manually.
• Apply consistent data-formatting rules (dates, currency, column widths, conditional formatting, etc.) across the sheets so everything looks right the first time.
• Bundle the whole routine into a single button or shortcut so the entire process—from raw data to final, ready-to-share report—runs in seconds.
