Automate Excel Order Summary

I keep a master workbook of pre-orders and need a simple way to see, at a glance, how many units of each item and which flavours have been booked.

Here is what I’m after:
• In the same workbook, add a new “Summary” sheet that shows both the total quantity for every product and a breakdown by flavour.
• The summary must refresh itself automatically whenever new rows are added to the source sheet—no more copy-pasting or re-entering formulas.
• I’m open to whatever method you think is quickest and most robust: a compact formula approach, a lightweight PivotTable, or a tiny VBA snippet—so long as the result is clear and maintenance-free.

I’ll share the current file with shortlisted freelancers so you can review the existing workaround before you start. My priority is reliability and speed of implementation rather than fancy visuals; as soon as the summary updates correctly on its own, the job is done.
