I need a streamlined Excel workbook that lets our team plan and track the company’s full-year budget in one place. The template should open with clear income and expense categories we can expand, flow those figures across all twelve months, and roll them into a summary that instantly highlights year-to-date actuals against the budget.
Please keep everything formula-driven—SUMIFS, tables, and conditional formatting are perfect; no complex VBA is necessary. A small visual dashboard with basic variance charts would make it easier for managers to glance at performance.
