Advanced Payroll & Compliance Excel System

Freelancer Required – Advanced Excel Payroll & Compliance System (India – Telangana)

Hi everyone,
I am looking for an experienced Excel expert to design a fully automated Payroll & Compliance Excel system tailored for India (Telangana state regulations).

Scope of Work:
The Excel workbook should include:
Employee Master Sheet
Employee details (Name, DOJ, Salary structure, PF/ESI eligibility, etc.)
Attendance Management
Monthly attendance input (Present, Absent, Leave, LOP)
Auto-calculation of payable days
Payroll Sheet (Automated)
Salary structure (Basic, HRA, Allowances, Deductions)
Auto-calculation of Gross, Net Pay, and CTC
LOP and leave adjustments
Statutory Compliance (India)
EPF (Provident Fund) calculation
ESIC calculation
PT (if applicable for Telangana)
TDS basic calculation (optional but preferred)
Challan & Reports
EPF & ESIC challan working sheets
Data formatted in a way that can be directly uploaded to respective portals
Monthly salary slips (auto-generated)
Compliance reports (monthly summary)
Automation Requirements
All sheets should be interconnected
Input in master/attendance should auto-update all reports
Minimal manual intervention

Expectations:
Strong expertise in advanced Excel (formulas, dashboards, possibly VBA/macros)
Prior experience in Indian payroll & statutory compliance
Knowledge of Telangana-specific compliance is a plus
Clean, user-friendly format

Deliverables:
Fully functional Excel file
Clear instructions/documentation for usage
Minor post-delivery support for fixes (if needed)
