urgent macro excel work: very basic and simple

This is very easy and urgent macro work. You need to do the following:-
Once the macro runs do the following:-

1) Each row is a unique new product. you need to repeat each row size 6 times, making one after another
2) As each row is repeated 6 times, column AI (Ring Size), assign a value starting from 5 going to 10, like 5,6,7,8,9,10

That is it. this is very basic and easy work, if you can finish it within next 1-2 hours.
