urgent excel macro file needed by today

This is very simple excel work. I am attaching the notepad file to show what needs to be done, a sample data file on which macro needs to run, and a sample output file after macro for 1st product.

Basically we need to create multiple product variations for each item.

This needs to be done by today and without errors.
