I need an Excel expert

I am not very good with Excel but need to start a tracking mechanism and having issues with formulas
On both Spreadsheets, FPPE and OPPE will be copying hundreds of names, Service lines, and Specialties from other spreadsheets

Colum D. Move to after Colum J before k and need a working calendar with a date but not time included.
Colum E would become Colum D Need calendar with Date not time, So Colum F would become Colum E.
Colum E FPPE Soft date needs to have an auto date of 90 days from Colum D. turning red at 75 days / 2 weeks from that date which populates.

E Turns yellow @ 6 months from the Date in column D, G would be yellow six months from the date in E, I would be yellow six months from the date in H
With reminders in E,G, and I.. turning Red @ 7 months in columns, before the end date in E,G and I.
