clocking times

I created a form using Microsoft forms to keep track of our employee's times. I need help figuring out a formula or a way to calculate their hours for the months. I have a formula set up to do their timesheets on a weekly basis but I need a fast way to calculate all the hours for day/night shift at the end of the month.
