Workout designer & unlimited exercise repository

I will share the video links here you have to create a similar one over google sheet over my shared drive and remember that i need it in such a way that i can add unlimited data in it for future and expand the editable cells. A short description is required in the front sheet guiding me where can i add data and how can i expand the formulated cells.
