I want to capture data about fires occurring on waste sites - if a fire occurs I would capture dare around location of site and location of fire ( what3words?) time , date, how was fire detected , how was alarm raised , actions taken by on site staff , duration of fire , cause , actions to avoid future fires - fire service attendance , injuries , business impact , was loss insured. Many of the fields will be drop down menus
