Secure Excel Sheet Setup

I need help to make an Excel sheet non-editable. I have already filled in all the details.

Requirements:
- The main sheet should be view-only, allowing users to view data only.
- One specific editable sheet for me or select users.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with cell locking and permission settings
