On Colum “C” Current Status, we would like to be able to change the employee from “Active” to “Terminated” and it automatically move to the “2021 terminated” employee tab at the bottom. Further to that, we would like to be able to change the status to Active in the terminated tab so they go back to the Active employee tab. Basically that it works both ways because they are active and termed frequently based on work load.

You can see that the name will turn red when changed to “terminated” but it doesn’t move to the other sheet.
