Can you please take these excel reports and complete the following analysis for me?
Build me a PEC calc sheet with a data input tab so we can quickly just add the remaining reports for each day and extract out data for only the following PEC’s for Unknowns, Missing bags, Purged Bags (Deleted), and Total Bags seen at each PEC.
AL1 through AL6
OG1 through OG3
RI1 & RI2
SS1 through SS6 screening lines
SF1 & SF2
i. Only PEC’s is what I want to look at and be able to quickly plug and play. This can be done as simply as using a VLOOKUP formula to generate the template.
On the Equipment Malfunction Report you will see system alarms. I need to extrapolate out the Failsafe counts for each location and the Jams for each location.
Jams
I. These would be Jam, PE Jam, Missing Bag Jam, PE Overheight and PE Overlength
Can you please build me out this analysis using a pivot table or quickly produce the totals by location in this manner?
Failsafe Faults
i. This simply denotes when the system recognizes the potential of a bag being mis routed. Could be missing bag on the alarm line, alarm bag on the clear or unknown bag at the clear line.
Can you pull out all the Failsafe (FS) bags and locations?
Can you also please use a pivot table or analysis tool to pull out the total system faults by location for the following faults.
i. Communication fault
ii. Encoder Fault
iii. Failed to Retract
iv. Switch Motor Fault
v. Shaft Encoder Fault
