Operations Lead Required

I'm in need of an experienced operations lead to help with the overall management of our operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- Reporting and Analysis: Proficiency in Excel is a must as this will be the primary tool for data analysis and reporting.
- Payrolls: Familiarity with automation on is preferred for managing payroll.
- Client Complaints Management: Experience with Jira, our preferred management system for client complaints, is crucial.
- Staff Management: Ability to efficiently manage our team.
- Scheduling and Job Booking: Helping to ensure our schedules are adhered to.
- Professional Email Drafting: Communicating with professionalism and clarity.
- Conducting Training Sessions for Teams: Training our staff to help improve performance and efficiency.
