Modify excel macros to update spread sheets and save files to FTP.

I need two files modified. This involves changing macros, saving files to Ftp directories and modifying macros that creates xml files.
The file "Mailer-current.xlsm" currently
• Copies data from one file to another to prepare a master file.
• Pulls data from another spread sheet and prepares a file for each customer with their details.
• Emails it to the customer (this part is no longer required)
The customer returns the order forms - see later.
Please change it so it:
• Updates a second page the same way as it does the first page.
• Prepares the customer files as now but then saves them to FTP rather than the local PC.
• Make a spread sheet with the relevant data for us to update Mail Chimp
• Compare the data from teh file you just made with an older copy and highlight changes
• A New step, remove some of the data out of the master and save that to FTP
When the customers return the order form created above, we use "XML_Converter_v11.xlsm". This needs a couple of changes as data has been relocated and 3 lines added, this file converts the data on the returned order into xml ready for uploading to our system.
