Medical Records Excel Statistics
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I will share an Excel file that holds individual patient records, and I need a concise descriptive-statistics report built directly inside the workbook. The focus is on two areas:
• Age and gender distribution
• Diagnosis frequencies
Please use standard Excel functions, PivotTables or Power Query—whatever you find most efficient—to calculate mean, median, mode, ranges and any other basic spread measures that help describe the data clearly. Visual aids such as bar charts or histograms that make these patterns obvious to a non-technical audience are welcome.
Deliverables
• One editable workbook containing:
– the raw data sheet (untouched)
– a calculations sheet with transparent formulas (no hard-coded values)
– a clean summary/dashboard sheet with tables and charts
• A short set of notes outlining the workflow so I can rerun the analysis when new patient records are added.
Acceptance criteria: numbers match my spot checks, formulas recalculate correctly after I swap in fresh data, and the visuals update automatically.
If you have questions about the structure of the file or need an example row before starting, just let me know.
