Interlinked Excel Forms Creation

I need a set of Excel forms with interlinking data for personal use, focusing on efficient data management.

Requirements:
- Three interconnected sheets:
1. The first sheet will house primary data.
2. The second sheet will pull data from the first while allowing additional inputs.
3. The third sheet needs to combine data from both sheets and identify common or new entries.
- Common data should reflect automatically through dynamic connections when input through a form.
- Must include:
- Data validation for consistent entries
- Conditional formatting for easy tracking
- Automated calculations between the sheets

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, etc.)
