Integrating Google Doc (Property Management Contract) with digital signature

I'm looking for someone to help me create a process that will allow my client to simply enter some data such as, names, dates, and amounts. I would like these fields to automatically be inserted into the google doc contract. Once this is done, we plan on using DocuSign or Hellosign to send to clients for signature and payment.
