Integrate Information into Excel Spread Sheet

I have two Excel spread sheets.
No. 1 Has a list of categories, sub-categories, business names, address, phone, etc.,
No. 2 Is an Excel spread sheet that contains company name, URL (website) and in some cases emails that need to be integrated into No. 1.
I’ve started the job, but doing it manually is taking too long. On the spread sheet No. 1, there are multiple records of the same business, so all business with the same name would need to have the URL (website address) and email added. The other thing is that when adding the new information, you need to make sure that the company name is exactly the same. I noticed if I don’t check the box Match Entire Cell Content when searching and replacing, there are other company names that are similar and this can cause a problem.
If this is something you can do quickly and competently, I will send you a copy of the files. I can pay $100 for this project. If you can do a great job and finish it quickly, I'll pay a bonus.
