Institute Fee Management & Registration Dashboard
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
As the project client, we are looking for an adept software developer to create a robust fee management dashboard for our educational institute. The dashboard will encompass the following features:
1. **Student Registration**: This will be handled manually by our staff, thus the interface should be user-friendly and intuitive.
2. **Fee Submission Details**: The system must keep track of who has paid their fees, when they made the payment, and calculate any outstanding fee. This feature will be primarily leveraged by our institute administrators, hence the visibility and functionality should cater to their needs.
3. **Reminder for Upcoming Fee Schedule**: The dashboard should be capable of sending reminders to inform us about upcoming fee schedules and deadlines.
4. **Fee Receipt Generator**: The system should automatically generate a receipt when a payment is made.
The dashboard will cater to maximum of 300-400 students
Ideal candidates for this project are excel exper with prior experience of working with macros and developing similar educational dynamic dashboards. They should have an understanding of how to make the dashboard easy to navigate and understand. Understanding the nuances of both manual data entry and automated report generation is crucial.
