Excel VBA for combine rows and delete duplicate data when combining

There are two rows, having unique no. And common names and addresses. I want to combine two rows into one on basis of Unique ID and delete similar or duplicate names and addresses when combined.
Plus there are many other fields which shd just combine in one row.
