Excel VBA/MACRO Expert Needed to Start Immediately

I have a very simple project for someone who is an expert with Excel. I have a report that comes in a very weird format where figures are text, there are extra lines, etc. I need someone who can create a file where I can upload the report and then the report automatically formats itself correctly, on a different tab.

I am looking for someone who can start immediately and pass this back over in a few hours (tops).
