Excel Spreadsheet Layout Redesign

I need assistance to reorganize the layout of my Excel spreadsheet. The modifications are purely cosmetic, without any actual data changes.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with cell formatting and data layout

Looking for someone who can make the spreadsheet look more organized and visually appealing.

Essentially, this is a physical checklist for a restaurant. Typically we would print one of these out for the daytime manager and one of these out for the night time manager but I would like it condensed into one page for both. Same basic formatted layout except need space for the PM manager to check things off and make notes as well
