Excel Quote Automation Tool

I need a single Excel file that can turn my raw inputs into polished, client-ready price quotations in a click or two. The core job is straightforward: automate the quote-building process so I’m never re-typing numbers again.
Here’s how I picture it working:
• I enter or paste a product/service list, the customer’s basic details, plus the required quantity and any discounts.
• Your VBA or Power Query logic pulls those inputs into a quotation sheet, calculates totals and taxes, then applies my branding—logo, colour palette, even preferred fonts—before laying everything out in a clean template.
• I want to be able to switch among a handful of templates and rename or hide fields without touching the code. A simple control panel or clearly labelled worksheet is fine as long as a non-technical user can manage it.
Deliverables
1. A fully functioning Excel workbook (macro-enabled if needed) that generates price quotes from the specified inputs.
2. An area to drop in branding assets and pick from multiple templates.
3. Clear, step-by-step instructions so any team member can maintain or extend the file.
If you have a sharper idea—such as a slicker UI, optional PDF export, or dynamic supplier comparison down the line—feel free to suggest it, but the must-have is a seamless quoting workflow inside Excel.
