Excel Macro for Team Reports

I need a lightweight Excel macro that turns raw worksheet data into a polished team report focused solely on performance metrics (which I can share how I want it to be pulled). The data is already captured across a few tabs; the macro’s job is to pull the relevant columns, calculate simple KPIs, and lay everything out in a clean summary sheet or printable PDF.
