Excel Macro for Sales Report

I need a clean, reliable VBA macro that can take raw sales data in my Excel workbook and turn it into a polished, ready-to-share sales report at the click of a button. The macro should automate every step of the process—pulling the latest figures, organising them by region and product line, calculating subtotals and grand totals, and presenting the results in a neatly formatted worksheet (plus a summary chart if that can be done without slowing things down).

My current setup is Microsoft Excel 365 on Windows, so please write the code with that environment in mind and comment it clearly so I can tweak small details later. Once complete, I should be able to drop new data into the source sheet, run the macro, and immediately have an up-to-date sales report without any manual intervention.
