Excel Macro for Data Tasks

I need a lightweight VBA macro that runs smoothly in Excel 2013. The goal is to speed up my daily spreadsheet work without changing the file layout I already use.

Here’s what the macro must handle:
• Sorting and filtering data on command so I can switch between different views instantly.
• Generating concise, printable reports pulled from the filtered results. A simple button-click should drop the report on a new sheet, formatted and ready to share.
• Running data-validation and error checks before each report is produced, flagging duplicates, blanks, or out-of-range values so I can correct issues fast.

Keep the code organized and well-commented so I can adjust column names or ranges later if my sheets change. A brief walkthrough (screen share or annotated PDF) showing how to install and trigger the macro will complete the job.
