Excel Macro Development
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an Excel macro for data cleaning and formatting tasks. The macro should be reusable for similar future data sheets.
For sheet data, make a macro that carries the following rules (in order) down 500K rows:
1. Makes 2 or 3 similar data rows for multiple phone numbers for same row (if there are phone numbers in 2 or 3 of the columns W, X, and/or Y). All rows should have just a phone number in column W after this step.
2. Eliminates all rows without full CustomerName column data (P) OR phone number data (column W).
3. Eliminates all rows with a phone number identical to any of those above it (anywhere in sheet).
4. Makes sure the phone numbers are all formatted identically, and able to be inserted into a phone dialing platform. As part of this step, eliminate a space before the phone number if there is one (we have found on some)!
This should take someone about 5-10 minutes who is proficient. I'll share sheet once I award. A sample is attached here.
