Excel Macro Automation Specialist
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I build and maintain several financial workbooks and want to replace our growing maze of formulas and manual copy-paste steps with clean, well-documented VBA automation. The main goals are:
• Streamline data entry: a macro-driven form or guided input sheet that captures figures, runs validation rules, and flags out-of-range values before anything lands in the ledger.
• One-click reporting: code that pulls the validated data into formatted financial statements and management dashboards, ready for PDF or print.
Typical files include monthly P&L, budget vs. actuals, and cash-flow trackers, so your macros must handle large tables, date logic, and occasional structural tweaks without breaking. Clear, commented VBA and a short user guide are part of the hand-off, as this will be an ongoing collaboration and I’ll need to extend your work in new models later.
If this sounds like your kind of project, tell me about similar financial automation you’ve built and how you prefer to structure modules for ease of future maintenance.
