Excel Invoice Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Creating invoice in Excel. Using logo, formulas, conditional formatting, and macros.
Saved as template XLTM. To edit sheet, I open from Excel. To use as invoice, I open file from my desktop. Would not let me open template. Pop-up Window asked to enable macros. I select enable macros, pointer spins, sheet is unresponsive, force quit. And I like to make sure that the print area offers to one page. And center logo.
1. Drop-down box connected to second sheet has Discount list. Drop-down box has five items in each item has a formula or conditional formatting. I did have a formula that worked for each item of my drop-down box now it is not.
2. Will need help setting up a formula for those items in the drop-down box that would affect cell H27.
3. Reset invoice button macro needs help to function as intended. Needs to remove items input so that sheet resets to use again for next invoice.
4. Save as PDF button macro needs help to function as intended. Save file name and file path.
I can send Excel sheet to an email address.
"Reset Invoice" button should reset red fill in form, except E27.
"Save as PDF" button should save it with the file name into the correct folder, H5-B12-H6. should look like:lastname_firstname-PID-year.
