I'm creating a large-scale Excel model and need to avoid nested IFs, volatile functions, and array formulas to analyze commercial real-estate cash flows.
Deliverables:
Workbook delivered in increments as I test out and refine the approach.
I'll need to do video walkthroughs to explain the formulas and give examples what the answer will be so you can create the formulas to check and know when there is errors. Please be able to do some zoom calls and English well enough that we can chat about formulas.
